Mike and the collision team were amazing! The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was due to the phone service. I called to get an update on my car and got abruptly transferred, no answer, called back, another abrupt transfer... I had to wait for Mike to get back in the office to call me back.

Toyota Collision was very timely and efficient from start to finish in providing an initial assessment, estimating the nature of the work required in parts, service and potential timeframe, and in providing periodic updates over the course of the repair. TC's relationship with a neighboring Enterprise Car Rental also made for a smooth transition from vehicle dropoff to pickup following repair.
