My car remote returned to me damaged. I did not give my key to anyone with it looking at way and I’m not satisfied that I now have a damaged/ruined key! I don’t know what may have happened in the process but now to get a new key, I will have to more than likely come out of pocket for something so did not ruin.

Body work and paint looked good but our trim piece on the bumper was chrome. When we picked it up they had put a silver trim piece on as replacement. When I brought this up to the manager, his response was well that’s what the dealer sent me. Either way it wasn’t correct and no effort was put forth to correct the issue.
