Quality of work was great once the finished product was delivered. Completion timeline took much longer than initially estimated but work was excellent considering the price. Only complaints were the timeline from start to finish and a lack of communication between shop and customer.

Every time I go in the shop very polite and nice. I've been in there a few times for body work and none of it was my fault lol. My car comes out like it was show room condition great job ty.

Never a complaint. I Do, however, need to come back and have my Headlights adjusted. My Low beams are aimed Way too low.and it's like there's a big black eyebrow on top weighing my vision down. I know that's an easy fix.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Gunn’s body shop! After a recent car wreck left my vehicle looking pretty rough, I was feeling stressed and unsure about where to turn. From the moment I walked in, the team here made me feel at ease. They were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to every detail, plus they have 2 adorable labs! Bonus!! They walked me through the entire repair process, kept me updated every step of the way, and handled everything with such care. When I got my car back, I was absolutely blown away – it looked brand new! The paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless, and they even cleaned it inside and out. Beyond just fixing my car, they gave me peace of mind. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you ever need bodywork done, don’t hesitate to come here. They turned a stressful situation into an experience I’m truly grateful for.

We’ve used Gunn’s for auto body repair for quite a few years now. This time as with the others, both the staff, techs and furry welcoming committee were a pleasure to work with. Even with a part glitch and insurance paperwork, the process was easy and completed with pleasant interaction and professional results. There is bound to be a next time. I hope Gunn’s is still there.
