I was never advised on the OEM vs.reconditioned parts. When I inquired about the estimate with State Farm I was told that is what is done unless I want to pay the betterment. That was never explained. When I called Gustaufson's I was told that all parts were OEM and this was the way State Farm set up the system. The price of the estimate increased. This did not sit well with me. There was no transparency in the process.

Service personnel was cordial enough but excuse after excuse lined up. Dates the car would be ready were a moving target. My wife came in one morning only to be told the car was not ready after I was told two days before it would be ready. Wrong parts ordered or delivered is the excuse given until I just had it. When the car was presented the fender was clearly not on the car correctly. I was told it would be difficult to make right. and that the seams all around the car were uneven. I did not at all appreciate the comments. It was dismissive.
