Not only did they have my car for a month, they told me to pick up my car even though they failed to start the car after sitting. After 3 years, my car battery supposedly died of natural causes and I was to replace it. The service tech argued with me that it’s not their fault. Then after bringing my car home, I just noticed that there is white primer residue in the creases of the weather stripping which is very noticeable. I’m really disappointed and frustrated and will never come back.

Front desk at the store was friendly. Service tech was friendly until they killed my battery and blamed it on normal wear. I was clearly upset and the tech raised her voice, interrupted me, and took zero responsibility for what happened. Offered me a small discount on a mediocre battery.

My 20 year old car was in need of not only mechanical repairs but also bodywork. Was involved in an accident in 2025 and now my car looks fantastic. You would never have known it needed a bumper , rt.headlight , rt.front corner panel (crushed) all challenging because of the vehicle’s age. Rae and team met that challenge. They done did an awesome job. My car looks amazing. New headlights, not just one but both , the bumper replacement beautiful..wouldn’t know that it is not the original. Never used Gustafson Bros. before. This was my 1st. visit and I’ll never use another facility again for my vehicle needs.

I am very happy with the repair..Gustafson Brothers delivers a quality wotk product and has a professional staff. My interface with the process was Kelly, and who did a great job coordiantimg with insurance claims, rental car company and repair technician. Job well done!

Entire process with Jason was a nightmare. There was an initial 3 day delay because did not check his email in a timely manner for my insurance’s estimate. He told me my insurance was out on the incorrect day. I had to call my insurance when he claimed he still didn’t have their estimate. Ordering of parts was delayed and the insurance had to tell him to order the parts. What should have been 1-2 weeks max took 3 weeks. My rental car fees were quite significant.
