I was told it would only take a few days and it ended up being over a week which was expected and the quoted price increased 3 times . I understand these things happen but the communication on how long it would take was very poor. I had a text message telling me it would be done on Friday at 4pm then was called at 3:30 saying that the text wasn’t accurate. I received 3 texts throughout the week which I thought was an accurate update.

We have been with Gustafson Brothers for over 20 years. They've always done an excellent job. My Sienna looks better today than it did when I first bought it. Rae was the best!

We just got the car back, but it looks perfect and so far there seems to be no issues at all. I also want to comment on our service advisor Kelly. She was great. She always answered my emails or texts. That’s not always the case these days. I appreciate not being left hanging. And the work was completed exactly as she said it would.

This Gustafson Brothers Inc. is the most reliable place I have been able to trust! Jason returned my vehicle Friday staying overtime to finish this for me instead of Monday. What auto repair does that! Not one! I’ve been around that over 30ty years! Jason is a heart of gold. I’m sorry for putting him through my unstable rhetoric. And must compliment the staff their are kind and gentle when I surely shouldn’t have received it!
