After the service to my Lexus 460 I am traveling to San Jose Car started showing Maintenance Required Sign After Body work I asked your office that do you do Oil Change and regular maintenance so I don’t have to go to the Lexus Dealer. Your service center did the regular maintenance Than this sign of maintenance required shows up. So I have to drive all the way to San Jose with this negative feeling of doubt of maintenance not done by any reason. Never happened to me. Next day I called your technician Mr Chandler and informed Thx. Raj Gadhia

We picked our car up and when we got home we saw the new front bumper was not attached correctly. Back to your shop for 2 days for another new bumper and had to get another rental. The car was perfect when we picked it up the second time. You did a great job and your team was so wonderful to work with. I would definitely use Gustafson again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! From the minute I contacted Gustafson's to schedule a repair due to a car accident Kelly went above and beyond my expectations. Kelly kept me updated and was always there to answer any questions. BEST customer service ever. My car looks awesome after the repairs and it was cleaner than when i dropped it off. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Im so lucky my insurance company referred me to Gustafson Brothers. My car needed repairs due to an accident and from the first call everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly went above and beyond my expectations and always kept me updated regarding everything. My car looks better than ever did and it was returned to me cleaner than when i dropped it off.
