Gustaphsons repaired and painted my 1985 Ford F150 thirty years ago after it was laid on its side. The reason I used them this year was because of the amazing job they did back then. I was not disappointed. From the first day every associate was helpful and friendly. The paint job made our 12 year old Nissan Venza look like a new car. Jason, our estimator, did a fantastic job of explaining the repair, the process and the lifetime warranty. He texted regularly to update me on the progress. I could not be happier with the outcome.

I think next time for small things, we would go to the body shop recommended by the other insurance company. Your work is awesome, however, it took so long for what we thought would be a quick repair.

You all did a great job. Clearly your company puts a high value on customer service. Jose was amazing. And Ray stepped in when Jose was at lunch. Both of them are excellent. The customer service is over the top. And the repair team did a great job with the vehicle. It felt like my car was totally detailed when you gave it back to me. That was such a profound addition to the experience that took the entire process from a 10 to a 12 plus! You all are amazing, great customer service and communication all along the way. This was my second time many years later to have my vehicle repaired here . I have nothing but great things to say , again . About choosing Gustafsons! First, Communications with Kelly was great ! I got an update from her daily 🙌second, my auto repair was wonderful! I’ve checked everything ! The fender , under the hood etc . All looks and sounds great. I hope I never have to have my auto repaired again ( lol) but if I do I’ll be bringing her back to Gustafsons ! Thank you all who made my experience pleasant and seamless . It was greatly appreciated!❤️
