You all did a great job. Clearly your company puts a high value on customer service. Jose was amazing. And Ray stepped in when Jose was at lunch. Both of them are excellent. The customer service is over the top. And the repair team did a great job with the vehicle. It felt like my car was totally detailed when you gave it back to me. That was such a profound addition to the experience that took the entire process from a 10 to a 12 plus! You all are amazing, great customer service and communication all along the way. This was my second time many years later to have my vehicle repaired here . I have nothing but great things to say , again . About choosing Gustafsons! First, Communications with Kelly was great ! I got an update from her daily 🙌second, my auto repair was wonderful! I’ve checked everything ! The fender , under the hood etc . All looks and sounds great. I hope I never have to have my auto repaired again ( lol) but if I do I’ll be bringing her back to Gustafsons ! Thank you all who made my experience pleasant and seamless . It was greatly appreciated!❤️

Customer service has improved greatly but the broken items in car and ESPECIALLY the scratched interior of my back windshield are negligent. Being dropped to the wrong rental company was negligent. My windshield wipers had been chewed by rodents which I was already aware of but Gustafson’s had to replace my back windshield sprayer and in order to test the sprayer that had to fix the hoses so that was a benefit to me but also a necessity for Gustafson because they needed to test to make sure the sprayer was working properly.

There is a large scratch on the inside of my back windshield which is from Gustafson when they removed it and transferred it to the new back gate.
