Austin and his staff communicated well on his plans, even though there was delays repairing the vehicle. He kept communicating about it. He kept communicating to the insurance company as well as to the car rental place. He even took the initiative to help with some expenses when the car rental allowance by the insurance company Had expired. It is always unfortunate to have an accident, but it’s nice to have people at like HNK to help with these difficult situations, I would always use them even if I did not have insurance and it was a another reason to repair my car.
