I was very pleased with the repairs from my accident. Erik was the person who was in charge of my repairs and called me several times to keep me updated on everything that was going on, from the estimate, actual damages, what he would need to do/replace as to repairs, time line, etc. Erik was also friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional.

Staff from the start was so helpful in helping me navigate thru all of the logistics. I had a very bad experience with the car wreak situation and they were very attentive to my needs and always kept me informed. I appreciated their honesty and grew an understanding of the timeline.
