Took longer than expected and never received updates or a call back from anyone at the collision center and experienced rude customer service with the receptionist every time I would call to ask for an update she was unprofessional

My door doesn’t shut all the way you have to push it with some force and where the door screws on it’s missing clear code cuz it’s also rough so I will making a stop by today

The vehicle was fixed pretty quick and they give me updates every day whit a dead line, they finish before the original date, very pleased whit the services, definitely will come back if we need any repairs in the future, thanks.

Ive trusted Hacienda collissikn with two other vehicles but that excuse they use I PERSONALLY DIDNT LIKE IT I AM GOING TO HAVE IT DONE AGAIN just a waste time. The paint is still all blurry bad job. Yet meanwhile I was stuck on a rental oaying out of locket. Because they forgot to report the delay to my insurance. And the respinse I got was. Oh. I firgot yo notify them. The job is not at all satisfactory.
