Very fast. My van came back like a new van, repaired & cleaned!!! Didn't have parts & they wanted me to have full length of rental so they had me pick back up so I wasn't out a car. Will recommend to everyone & use again in future! Very pleased.

My repaired car is beautiful!!! EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP🏆 She looks like new again & that made me feel really really happy.. it made me feel Newer too😄 Then when I got inside the car, I was over-joyed to see that the lnside of the car had been cleaned up as well!! I so appreciated that Neil was able to get my dented bumper away from my tire, so that I could continue to drive it until you were able to repair it. That eliminated lots of stress!! Finally, I really appreciated that Neil not only took good photos of the damage, but that he also willingly forwarded them to my Insurance Company. A HUGE THANK YOU forALL of Your ATTENTION to DETAIL !!!! 🏆

Neil and his crew we so easy to work with. They had some supply chain issues with getting parts but they kept me updated the whole time. They just finished the work, earlier than promised, and they did a beautiful job! You can’t tell any difference from the repaired side to the undamaged side. And they left the inside of my car much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Hackleman’s!

Neil was great to work with from beginning to end. There was a delay due to supply chain issues but certainly nothing the shop could do. Once they had my car in, work was completed faster than expected. They did beautiful work! And my car was much cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend Hackleman’s for your repair.
