The service at Hack’s Auto Body was exemplary: they were able to schedule my estimate appointment immediately, worked with my schedule to set up the time for the body work, and the work they did was outstanding. Dan, one of the owners assessed my car and promised it would look better than new by the end, and his team delivered 110%. The accident impact is not distinguishable on the body of the car. The paint color match is perfect. The seals around the window are tight. The quality of the work is fantastic. The front office leader was thorough and attendant: Ellie let me know when I could expect status updates, explained all charges, and followed up often to makes sure I knew what was going on and what next steps were. Throughout the process I was treated with respect and patience and downright kindness. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Hack’s for auto body repair. 10/10.

The damage was fairly minor. However, the customer service was great. They had my car back to me in a week and the work looks great. The damage completely gone, like it never happened. They even washed my car. My overall experience was great!
