I am a returned customer. Hacks' is a great place to go for auto repair. The front desk manager Eli is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & explains both technical and administrative matters very well. She communicates and follows up great too. And of course the body & paint & electrical works are all done very professionally.

We have done business with Hack's for close to forty years, and we would not go anywhere else. Very professional and customer-centered. On those occasions where we've gone to them to repair some body damage, the results: car looks like new. Beyond that, they go beyond the contract and bring other issues to our attention and sometimes do touchups that have nothing to do with the contracted work. It's great to have a local business that is consistently reliable and easy to work with.
