My only comment: I would just say it would be nice if updates were given more frequently. I was the one who had to call and ask about the status of my car. I would be told that it would be done on a certain day, but when I would call, they’d extend it by a week. Which is fine and I understand if there’s more damage discovered but keeping customers up to speed would be best
