What would make it a ten is to ask if we wanted the air freshener or not - it’s sooo strong and I’m so not good with artificial smells. It took us forever to realize where it was actually coming from, apart from that could not have asked for better more hospitable service!!!

The only issue we had was the length of time it took to get the repair completed. Scheduled an appointment July 25th, but not all the pets in, had to keep calling back to get an update when the repair could be scheduled
