The overall repair was stellar as usual as it's been in the many years I've trusted my vehicle body repairs to Haley's. If I had to make 1 note, it would be on the needed communication past the 1st estimated date of completion. More coordination with insurance co, rental agency, job, etc has to be taken into consideration after the 1st estimated date. A simple & daily status should be communicated better, Everything else was great and will always consider Haley's as my choice.

I thought I already sent a survey in but I’ll send another! Yes, I am extremely pleased with my repairs from Haley’s Body Shop! I have used Haley’s several times over the years and I’ve always been pleased. Very efficient and particular of the work they do. Very professional and friendly also! When I picked up my car, they had detailed it and it looked like a new car! I always recommend Haley’s for vehicle repairs.

My check engine light came on the day I picked it up and it isn't running right. I was told by Ashley I have to pay the ford dealership to diagnose the problem, you guys gave me my car back in a non running condition

The car was filthy when we went to pick it up. It was rehashed but took extra time. The car was in the shop for a month, in my eye way to long. The other vehicles I had done there in the past were worse and only toke half the time.

It took > 2 months to get my SUV back. I was told countless times that the wrong part came in or the part came in broken. Either someone at the shop is lying or they have a problem with vendors. Also, it took > 1wk for them to get an estimate.

First off my parts were supposed to be ordered in October when i had my accident which it took them 2 months to get parts that i verified were available at the local dealership. Today i picked up my vehicle December 29th and still dont have my vehicle repaired back to normal standards. Im missing emblems, my driver door is still has bad hinges, and my tint was replaced without my knowledge. I was told a tech accidentally scratched my tint but instead of telling me they had the worst tint job done on my vehicle now it looks like crap. Absolutely would NOT recommend this shop to anyone, nobody tells the truth and everyone has a different story.

There is a few issues with incomplete repairs according to the original estimate the area in the lower front facia. I went over this with the estimator and also showed her several scratches on the passenger door and front quarter panel that were not there prior to November the 6th when it was delivered there for repair. I feel sure after discussing the issues with the estimator, they will be repaired there in the near future.
