This repair session was a bit different from all of my previous repairs at Haleys whereas, the estimate had to be changed on day of drop-off due to unforeseen damage at the time of the initial estimate/time. With the supplemental estimate and longer time in shop, I was still satisfied with repair and service. I've been a repeat customer for MANY years. ONLY issue was that I needed to have been notified better when estimated completion date lapsed each time told of a new date. Excellent repair!

My car had pretty visible damage and was thankfully only cosmetic. They had my car fixed completely and made it look like it just rolled off the factory floor! Would be very happy to have them work on my car again if needed!

Very uninformative very unprofessional Id have to call to get updated on progress never once did they call me ,they were very unconcerned about me the urgency of my my company vehicle that cost me money for every day they had my vehicle As far as the work I guess it was ok but it should be when they have your vehicle for five months we oiled not recommend and will never use there services again

The work so far looks to be done great. Just didn’t like how long it took, and the fact that I was never given straight answers or had my phone calls returned. If the communication and the amount of time to do the work was done better I think the overall experience would’ve been more pleasant. But other than that, the work on the vehicle seems to be fine.
