All employees were friendly and respectful. Jana is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help make the situation better with her calmness. Joann is friendly and makes sure you know what is going on with the car. She has away of making you feel better about the accident. The guy who drove me to and from the rental was also very friendly, nice and respectful. You have great employees.
