I would like to say this comment totally excludes Mr. Shane Copeland. I have great respect and appreciate his business ethics. But, as far as the way our car was returned from Hall Toyota for a claim, our dissatisfaction is beyond outraged. Our Lexus was returned with damages unexplained. And to add on top of that, one of the office persons had the audacity to tell me to make another claim through my insurance company. Why, so your company would make more money? He was flippant, cold and I could see he wasn’t honest about the car situation. However, Mr. Copeland did everything to try and make sure that the damage was repaired including some additional repairs beyond that day. But, I don’t trust some of his staff working with him at the dealership. There was a gentleman who buffed out many of the scratches and he was truly appreciated.

Basically, only because of the Collision manager Mr. Shane Copeland. He’s a very nice gentleman. But he deserves more honest and caring people like himself working for him. The liaison with whom I worked with, could care less about your car. He just wants to get paid, and doesn’t care how your car is treated while it’s in there possession.

I was very pleased that Toyota stepped up and did the right thing and took care of all these faulty paint jobs. I’ve had several Toyotas over the years and have always relied on their dependability and reliability. Be new to Virginia Beach. I was very impressed with the staff. When I dropped my car off they said it should be completed by the end of the following week. It took exactly 3 weeks. Communication is very poor. I had to call for updates. When I got my car back they washed it but somehow missed the front bumper, the area that was repaired.
