I received my vehicle back with a damaged area of paint on the rear driver side fender near the bumper. I believe it got bumped with a tool or part while the repairs were happening and got missed. I called the shop and talked to the manager and will be bringing my vehicle back in on Monday.

Repairs took a bit longer than expected which isn't a big deal but when I picked my truck up I noticed a almost 2" wide area of paint that had been damaged that i am certain was not there when I dropped it off. I have contacted the dealership and shop to see about getting the paint fixed.

Took over one week longer than initially tokd. We aakef then ti fud a scratch on back which they agreed to so and if was not addressed at all.

Our experience with Hall Toyota Body Shop was one of the worst automotive experiences we have ever had. The first time we came to pick up our car, it wasn’t even fixed. There were scrapes on the bumper, the roof clips and OEM door guards were no longer on the car (we were later told that they “got lost or misplaced”) and the paint on the right rear panel still had swirls in the paint. No one walked us around the car to review the fixes, we had to find a tech to explain we would not be taking the car home. There was zero oversight into the process or quality of work being completed. On multiple occasions we were told our car would be ready by a certain day, only to learn of more incompetency's. The entire experience felt scammy and I hope to never have to visit this body shop ever again.

Although it took longer than originally forecasted, due to parts being ordered and new findings, I was pleased with the updates and the finished product. I'll know more once I drive the car for a couple of days.
