I would give a 15 if available. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. When your car is down it’s such an inconvenience, from bringing the car in for first photos to leaving the rental with them to be picked up when our vehicle was done, along with all the updates as to what part of the repair process we were they were excellent in customer service, time, and availability. I would definitely use them again if I had to(hopefully not) lol. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.
