The experience was much better than I dared to hope for, from the day of the accident to the day I picked up the car. The repair was completed earlier than predicted, I received daily updates, and Chris was immensely helpful and available. Of course, the work product was excellent!

Date promised kept getting moved back. Estimate and actually costs a big difference. A few days after completed work I need to take car back to get looked at because wheel well part is not staying on.
