The work was scheduled over a month from the date I established the claim. Way longer than I've experienced with other body shops. They also said 3 days the car would take and changed it to 5 days when I dropped off car. I had to pay for an additional 2 days rental and they had not even gotten into the repair work yet. Also I made sure to stop early at 10am to the body shop the day my car was supposed to be ready for pick up so i could get a time estimate on what time to drop off my rental and show up. They made it seem like I was asking for it early. In fact, this was 2 days longer than initially quoted. They said 3pm. I showed up an hour before they closed at 4pm and still had to wait because my car was still being waxed.
