The repair took a very long time to schedule, then two weeks to execute once the vehicle was dropped off. Also, the paint was not a perfect match to existing.

The repair quality is good .. what you have to do is keep in them. They held our car up for a week for the V8 emblem..that cost us more money. Also our car had 300 miles added to it .. trying to figure that out to

Since the repair took 5 months to complete we had long stretches of non-communication. Hampton did start sending email updates but it was only during the last couple of months and they were very sporadic. When a repair lasts this long, more consistent communication goes a long way to ease a customer's mind that they have not just been put off for some other job.

Car looks good their communication was terrible. They missed every delivery date and never sent me the automated updates they kept promising. I feel like if I didn't keep calling every 10 days my car would still be there.

The main piece of my damaged bumper was not in fact replaced. After 5 days in the shop, it needs to go back in to get fully repaired. This is in very inconvenient to have to bring it right back after pickup and my trust is broken.

It was in the shop for a week. After I picked it up and returned my rental, I realized they did not replace my bumper. I had to return it to be repaired another day. Once that was complete it was repaired adequately.
