I would still recommend them I’ve talked to a couple people who have taken their vehicle to them and had an excellent experience and I get it with Covid it was hard to get a lot of the parts and stuff so I really have been understanding it’s just they kept being told a different time every time I called so I know it was frustrating on all of our parts and I would like to thank them for their service I just want to make sure that I am honest about my experience And I hate to be that one dissatisfied customer but unfortunately I am

I know it was a big job I just feel like I was told my car would be done a certain day and it wasn’t the hood had chips and stuff in it one of the front fenders has a crack in it also there is a more than normal gap between the hood when you shut the doors you can hear the broken glass inside them it just don’t see as air tight as it was I was told if I picked it up on the Monday I was told it would be ready I wouldn’t be able to get my tint done so I choose to wait one more day so my window would get tinted it took all day and I finally called and the lady wanted me to leave it another day and seemed only worried about the 100 dollar deductible not that I was super frustrated with the whole thing I live 45 minutes away I was told It would be done Monday so I made arrangements to return the rental car two hours away just to find out it was not done had they called me that morning and told me it wouldn’t be done That day I got a call at almost 5 saying everything is done but the tint so had to make different arrangements with the person who gave me a ride from Saint George who o my planned on driving me to Richfield had to drive another 45 to take me and my kids home I to get a ride out there and had to pay gas money to two different people it wa a just very frustrating experience for me

Called a few times and they guy was supposed to call me back after he assessed the damage and never got a call back I had to call every time it was there for about 6 weeks

Trying to get a rental was less than Helpful. Ended up not getting the rental. They were worried about the 100 mile per day limit because I live in Wayne County. You then suggested I try CarWise in Cedar or Provo. Talk about 100 miles! Wayne County is 50 miles from richfield. Why would I try to go further for a rental. So I bummed a ride home and borrowed a car.
