The team at Hansen collision made us feel welcome and comfortable their facility is clean and professional looking. We live 80 miles away in Mount pleasant and were referred to Hansen collision by a relative and our three year old car looks better than it did when we dropped it off. Nancy and Mike handled all our questions and paperwork. The car looks so good I don't want to take it out in the weather today. Highly recommend body shop!

Everyone was so great but I have to say Nancy was the best! The first time I went in we walked out & my kids said, do you know her? I said I don’t but she was great. They said you would think that you & her were best friends because of how great she was. I was very impressed by their customer service!
