Over 31 years ago the Hansen family moved to Texas and opened an auto body repair shop in Winnsboro. God has blessed us abundantly and we have since grown as a family and decided to branch out to serve the Mt Pleasant community as well. The collision repair industry has changed dramatically and it is imperative that we change with it. Had my car since December 1 did not keep me informed. I had to call and an employee would tell me it should be ready first of next week then it wouldn’t be ready. Finally called me on January 19 and told me my car was ready to pick up. Then calls me back and says oh insurance hasn’t approved the other quote we sent. He said he sent it day before. But insurance said he did not he had just sent it at that time. He was rude to insurance lady when they spoke to him about my car. Rude to me as well. Car seems to be repaired good but won’t go through that again. This was the 4th time I believe that I have used hansen but this was terrible and won’t do it again. Glad to finally have my car back
