Over 31 years ago the Hansen family moved to Texas and opened an auto body repair shop in Winnsboro. God has blessed us abundantly and we have since grown as a family and decided to branch out to serve the Mt Pleasant community as well. The collision repair industry has changed dramatically and it is imperative that we change with it. From the way we go about repairs, to the products we use on the vehicle, nothing ever stays the same. Zack Hansen was amazing. He made the whole process very easy for us. With his years of expertise in working with insurance companies in the body shop industry, he made us feel very comfortable. We felt he was truly working for us as his client, and not the insurance company. He was upfront in explaining what to possibly expect from the insurance company and assured us he would do his best to get the most money he could to where we only had to pay our deductible. He was knowledgeable in explaining exactly how they would be repairing our vehicle. He was very patient in answering all our questions before and after the repairs. His body shop did an excellent job of both repairing and painting the vehicle. This is a family owned company that has been in business for many years and they treated us like family as well. We had visited several body shops prior to choosing Hansen’s and very glad we did. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
