Hardin Valley Body Shop, Inc. is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for 29 years. At Hardin Valley we believe that our customers deserve the best repair and a high quality service that we can provide. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated, "like family". We handle any and all insurance claims. We have a state of the art downdraft paint booth and mixing system, matching any and all colors perfectly. Our paint has a nationwide lifetime warranty thru PPG. Our frame repairs are done using a computerized measuring system. We use a state of the art computerized spot welder to achieve consistent factory-like welds. We have recently purchased an aluminum welder and we are in process of becoming a certified aluminum repair shop. We are a member of Angie's List and we have an A+ Rating at the BBB. Check us out. No! They overcharged by doing unnecessary work.

I thought the body shop overcharged you. They painted the driver side door, the fender and hood. Totally unnecessary. I questioned them but they didn’t satisfy me with their answer!

Took 10 days to complete it. This was entirely due to painting which was totally unnecessary.

We did not have a good experience. You had our car for 5-days to change out a windshield. First, you forgot to order a specific part that you needed for the windshield. Second, after receiving the part for the windshield you needed we were told the SUV would be ready on Thursday. When we called on Thursday to find out when we can pick up the SUV, we were informed that we can't because you are having trouble calibrating the eyesight (no one reached out to let us know) . Then on Friday by 3pm (knowing that you close at 5pm) we still have not heard from you so we showed up to the shop to find out what was going on and pick up the SUV. At that time, we were told that you couldn't do the calibration because of an issue with one of the back sensors (which we told you about when we initially dropped the SUV off). Finally when we went to pay our deductible, we were told "you don't have cash or check" and then the lady said it was 4% for charges (why were we not informed of this at drop off). We are very dissatisfied with your company and will not refer anyone to you now or in the future.
