Hardin Valley Body Shop, Inc. is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for 29 years. At Hardin Valley we believe that our customers deserve the best repair and a high quality service that we can provide. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated, "like family". We handle any and all insurance claims. We have a state of the art downdraft paint booth and mixing system, matching any and all colors perfectly. Our paint has a nationwide lifetime warranty thru PPG. Our frame repairs are done using a computerized measuring system. We use a state of the art computerized spot welder to achieve consistent factory-like welds. We have recently purchased an aluminum welder and we are in process of becoming a certified aluminum repair shop. We are a member of Angie's List and we have an A+ Rating at the BBB. Check us out. The owner was super a super nice guy and wanted me make sure I was happy. However I was disappointed with their “quality check” as I went to pick up my vehicle on two separate occasions and the paint did not match. The first time when we mentioned that the paint did not match the “quality checker” said “ yeah it’s a shade off” although he ok’d the paint job to his standards. The second time the blending and fading of the adjacent parts hadn’t been done because they said insurance doesn't pay for that. Even though it was 100% necessary to make my vehicles look 100% again, so they did go back and blend/fade the paint to match. Overall my vehicle looks good, just took a long way to get to this outcome.
