The collision center has 32 bays for vehicles in need of body repairs. We staff 2 estimators, 2 Customer Service Reps, 1 shop foreman, 7 auto body technicians, and 2 auto body painter with 2 helpers. All staff has ongoing I-CAR training and all body technicians have their I-CAR welding certifications. Ford Certified Collision Center. While the repair was done to satisfactory expectations, I thought that the vehicle would have at least been a bit more cleaned up. It was with the Hardy body shop for a month. It could have at least been washed a little to at least look more presentable. That said, the job was done right.
