A special shout out to Jordan for working so diligently alongside dart oh, I’m sure offered him one of the biggest challenge as they are very difficult to work with. I really appreciate Jodan keeping me updated as far as repairs and estimated times of completion when it came into my . Also love the ladies that greet you when you first walk in they’re really polite and I’m sure they are the glue that keeps that place together. Again thank you you too Jordan and the Harvey team on Maple here in Dallas, Texas. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of collision repair repairs.

I so appreciate the individual who helped me get me car ready before the weekend! He was very patient with me asking about my car and transparent with all the fixes and steps of the process. On top of the functional fixes, the paint job was also completely seamless! Looks like nothing ever happened. I could not be more grateful - thank you!!

When we picked up the car, a part had come loose underneath, causing scraping as we drove away. We had to return and get that part strapped in securely. So far, no other problems and the repaired bumper looks good.

I dealt with Tony, who was very nice. But the return time kept getting pushed back. He told me the car might be ready as early as the Friday after we bought it in on Wednesday morning. In fact, it wasn’t ready until the following Friday. The car was at Harvey’s for 20 days for a bumper replacement. I have to believe it was just sitting there most of the time. Meanwhile, I was taking several unexpected Uber and Lyft rides.
