My car was brought in. I was told from damage impact they are limited to fix what the insurance cover base on impact on after getting inspected. They did a really great job on the car , however my car was towed away with certain items we left purposely since our trunk on the rental had a very small space. Out of the items that were left, one of them was my daughter scooter she got as a birthday gift. We left it in the trunk my wife and I along with her seat that came with the scooter. When we picked up the car and got home finally my wife and I went to retrieve the scooter and some items, we notice the scooter was gone and just the seat was left. Now I don’t know if the person who towed my car or if it’s a employee at hassle, but someone took my daughter scooter which was a customized edition with Led lights on the wheels from the trunk.
