everyone i spoke to at Hawkeye was wonderful. When my car was done being worked on there was some miscommunication between the shop/insurance/enterprise that made the pick up process feel abrupt and poorly communicated but overall i’m very happy with the service.

My vehicle looks as good as new! They did an awesome job of fixing the dent/scrape on my front drivers corner! It was hard to be without my vehicle but it was worth the wait!

I did not appreciate being told when I went to pick up my vehicle that there was an extra fee to use a card. I was there twice before and it was never mentioned and there were no signs stating there would be a fee

I was told they would order parts and they would call me in a day or two to schedule the repair. I did not hear anything for a week and then called you to see if you had gotten the parts

Can't see any sign of damage at all. I did find all my tires were over inflated, according to the manual. Easily fixed.
