I brought my cat in for a total fix estimate. It was determined that the tailgate needed to be replaced due to dents. However, no estimate was given to fix it. I have full coverage on the truck, yet I felt disregarded for trying to fix it. I asked for parts to be ordered for the broken tail light. Several weeks later I called back, the parts had not been ordered. Several more weeks later the tail light cover came in and touch up paint applied to the tailgate dents. No putty, just left the dents and painted them. I was honestly disappointed.
