I was happy right from the start. After this mishap and adjuster called. They all notified me. Hawkins, enterprise rentals. Got me in quickly, kept me up to date every step of the way, i picked my car up in 3 days AND it was a clean car, washed, vacuumed and dusted. I would definitely recommend

Body work was good. Only disappointment was that when I called to inquiry about bringing truck in and said we don't have rental car insurance, I was told if we scheduled when they had a loaner available, there would be one at no charge. Turned out that didn't happen.

The whole process was as painless as possible. I'm very satisfied at how well the repair went and how easily it was fit into my schedule. From the initial call to my insurance to set up the claim to the arrival for the estimate to the ability to schedule a prompt delivery date for the repairs to begin. As Adam and Jarrett where able to explain, I was able to get the car delivered and the assembly techs were able to squeeze the car in between waiting for other jobs progress along and got my car done the same day it was initially scheduled to be dropped off. The repair techs even found an unrelated problem and were able to remedy it with ease to prevent 'down the road' issues. Finding a quality and competent repair shop as capable as Hawkins Collision is a rarity in the world.
