I have talked to others that said they had a great experience, so I'm hoping my car was a one-off.

The quality of work was excellent, the timeliness of the work was not.

Many times, I called myself for updates. The only reason we knew that the wrong parts were ordered was due to us calling.

The repair itself was good and was done very quickly.

Repair staff were very pleasant; however I was disappointed in the value shown regarding my time as I was told to come in and pick up a loaner at 9 on a Monday when the loaner was definitely not there and didn’t arrive until 1 that day. It also took over a month to fit in my car in the first place. I just expected more. I’m normally not one to complain.
