My only concern is with my truck tailgate which would not unlock when I arrived home after the repair. It does click in the tailgate back there so it must be something in the mechanism. Thinking that when you washed the truck water went into the release and froze. I am waiting for a thawing day to find out. I can’t think of anything that you did in the repair that would affect that.

I'll say that Hawkins Auto shop workers were great and patient with me as well. I thought they did an excellent job on my 2005 Toyota Camry. We sure had an adventure of almost a month during the month of December and days before my Christmas break from my job, going through some pretty bad weather which stalled the workers there and then they ordered a bumper part they thought they had right but was the wrong part (Chicago's fault for the wrong order number) so had to wait another week to get my bumper part then almost about a month till I could get my car. I felt bad for them going through all the wait and such. So that's why I'm giving Hawkins an excellent rating for that and having my car look like it came out of the Toyota car lot in new condition 😀👍🏽 Joseph Bittinger

Scheduling repair went well but they forgot to put 2 parts back on my car so now I need to return it for a day which is inconvenient but I will get a loaner car to use which does help.
