I believe that maybe you should bring the vehicle in for a thorough inspection for all necessary parts and then have the vehicle return when all parts are on site for completion

The only reason for writing the review is because of the relentless emails I’m receiving from Hawkins and 3rd party emails. First off Connor is amazing and he made the process incredibly easy. I was ensured the vehicle was road ready and everything was good to go. Over the next few days I had plans to go to a wild game in the cities with family. To my misfortune my dad told me I wouldn’t be able to take the car because the back tires were completely bald on the outside. No big deal, we can take another vehicle. A few days later my grandma ended up getting taken by ambulance to Mankato for a medical emergency and I was pushed into driving the vehicle I was “promised” was road ready during trying times during winter weather with completly bald tires. This was in March. That vehicle had been on the road all winter with completely bald tires. As a former employee I had my choice to take it to a different place to get fixed but I trusted Hawkins to get the job done and give me a worthy vehicle and they let me down in an incredibly vulnerable spot.
