I have never been involved in an accident before until November of 2023, I was unsure what to do. I called the other party’s insurance and opted for selective service, after already getting pictures and an estimate from Hawkin’s. Connor was great about walking me through the entire process, and they dealt with insurance for me after answering simple questions from the insurance adjuster. It was so smooth and less worry-some knowing my vehicle and I were in great hands. I received loaner vehicles for the time my vehicle was being looked at or serviced, and once all said and done my vehicle looked amazing and brand new again like nothing ever happened
