Service writer Carlos was outstanding, however when I pointed out that my reverse warning sound was not working and he called some mechanic they looked and touched something on the car panel, they said it was working. I took their word for it and drove away, however the warning sond DOESN'T WORK. Now I am out of rental and I have to bring my vehicle back.
