El maletero no Ciera como deve de cerrar hay que tirarlo y la explication que me dieron no me combencio ya que no tiene nada que ver que le hayan puesto una junta nueva ,por eso no estoy satisfecho con el trabajo

Toyota camry recently repaired at your facility has a srrange knock when turning and speed bumps.This knock was never present on the vehicle before the accident.I am deeply concerned of where this knock is coming from.

Horrible el trato de el Sr. Diaz, Sr. Mojica Sr. Mathew del body shop, entregue mi carro y me lo devolvieroʻn sin llanta de repuesto, y todos necesitan clases de servicing al cliente, llamo al Sr. Monica noʻ contesta transfiere la llamada al body shop, me dijo el Sr. Diaz què mi carro es viejo, que el Seguro de mi carro no sirve, al quejarme con el Sr. Mojica me dijo que fuè un mal entendido. Es la peor sucursal de HEADQUATERS Toyota el trato al cliente es pesimo, yo he llevado mi carro al de Hollywood y el servicio es excelente, Profesional, respeto, desde que se entra a estacionamiento es un servicio al cliente exelente del personal. El encargado de la sucursal de all debe poner mas atencioʻn al trabajo de esa sucursal; en la queja de la atencioʻn y servicio me quede corta. Sin màs. Rosa Gray

Since I walked in the customer service provided by Edward was outstanding and the following up calls to keep me informed about the progress of the vehicle were coming in like every day until the work was completed. My truck was finished on time just like they said to me when it was dropped off and the body work was completed perfectly because you can’t tell that it crashed before. Thanks again for all your help and I highly recommend them as a 5 star body shop.

They recently repaired the Toyota Sienna, and my husband casually opened the hood and found a screwdriver inside. Please be more careful. That’s not all — they also left the car completely unbalanced. You really need to be more careful, please.
