To soon to determine the body repairs, their customer service is terrible they wait till I arrive & me to point out that the check engine light is on & then refuse to look into it saying the code is unrelated so I had to take the vehicle to Nissan so they could correlate it. Would definitely request another shop.

There where some issues with the repair That I was not happy with But the entire staff that handled the repair did an excellent job in making sure it was corrected properly and made sure that I was satisfied with the work I give your staff a 10 for customer service and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work and good customer service

Lousy service given by the person who wrote up the car contract.

Lied to me that they washed the car. My car was sitting in their lot for atleast 5 days and due to the construction in the dealership where my car was parked it was totally covered with dirt. I requested them to remove the dirt by giving it a goodwash. First they refused and told me we don’t wash cars. I explained if you repaired the bumper and the side panel and it looks so clean then why not the car? I did not give them a dirty car. On my insistence they just sprayed water on the car and brought it back. No change at all as the car was just as dirty like before and needed soap and scrub and then water. The sales person handed me the keys and walked away. Lousy service. I would never recommend anyone to them.

I refuse the car three times because Of minor details , but they damage my driver’s side door panel full of scratch my wife took it today and spoke to Jorge Contreras but they only cleaned it with armor all will take my time to go back and discuss that how u guys can fix my panel it’s a 2021 with only a thousand miles driven and that’s the only side with color paint and scratches all over
