1. The replaced bumper does not match the car color. Yes, I understand the color shifts / fades over time, but that is not the case hear. Car color is Carbon Metallic Black. The new bumber is a flat gray. 2. Job was stated as one day, with car to be dropped off on 11Aug2025 morning. Job not completed till14Aug2025. Given the labor charged, I suspect the Part wasn't ordered. Why not just drop it off the day of or the day before. I was careless. Enterprise had no cars for rent.

Jason and his crew are amazing! The work and communication is top notch. I had a truck nearly destroyed by a deer collision and when I got it back it looked like brand new! They polished the entire truck and was very detailed in their work. Definitely would recommend Heartland Autobody . Jason is the best in service!
