Repairs not completed on time. went to pick up and all repairs were not completed. Had to come back in a couple days. Came back and found the wheel was not replace either, all scraped grom accident. I don't know how they could have missed this. We even called them previously and asked Kendall to check the wheels. Finally picked up the car a nd got a flat tire yhe next day. When they relplaced the wheel they left the valve stem loose. Disaster!
