I was well pleased, but the work they had done. It looked like I was the way that I brought my car the paint match and it was just really awesome. I was really impressed. Devry Browne, my Advisor was amazing, he worked with me and kept me informed every step of the way through the process between the Insurance company and the Rental company. Although the communication from them was very poor, Devry was very persistant on getting answers from them both for me. I showed signs of a little frustration, but Devry made sure that I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Devry, you're the best. I'm am also pleased with the work that Hendrick Collison did on my vehicle, she looks brand new just the way I bought it. Good job to you all!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. It took 37 days to get my car back. With no clear reasons why. The customer service was the worst of the worst. Other than Ana, dealing with the people at this dealership was like pulling teeth. Never again!!
