Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair shop. It took 37 days to get my car back. With no clear reasons why. The customer service was the worst of the worst. Other than Ana, dealing with the people at this dealership was like pulling teeth. Never again!!

Devon and Anna did a good job of keeping me updated via text. The vehicle was repaired well and cleaned. Everything went smoothly!My only request for improvement is to try and give a better indication as to when the repairs will be complete.

I received my jag back after having the front drivers headlamp replaced. Ended up that the light was not calibrated correctly and the first time I drove it a night, I had a very scary and dangerous ride home from Asheville in the car. It was raining, foggy, highways were very dark and my headlamp was facing straight down on the road . I could see about 3 feet in front of me.

I cannot say enough good things about Devry and Ana at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout a very stressful repair process. Devry went above and beyond advocating for proper repairs on my 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300, taking the time to explain the differences between OEM and recycled parts, communicating directly with the insurance company, and making sure the vehicle was repaired to Mercedes-certified standards. Ana was equally wonderful, always kind, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed updates. The quality of the repair work and customer service was outstanding. I truly felt like they cared about doing the job correctly rather than just doing it quickly. I highly recommend both of them and Hendrick Luxury Collision Center to anyone looking for high-quality collision repairs and honest service.

This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. Was quoted a 3 week job. They had my car for 2 months and 2 weeks plus and after broken and missing parts from the technicians my car looked as they just threw it together in a day and still needs repairs. They didn't repair things I was quoted, doors are misaligned and caused scratches to the new paint, door panels not installed properly the list goes on. Very frustrating and something you wouldn't expect from a so called luxury center. I would never refer anyone to this place.

Corey and especially Aulani took exceptional care of me. My car was in and out of the shop in 2 weeks and Aulani inspected it daily to make sure it would be perfect for me when I picked it up. She kept me posted every single day. I have never been so impressed with her professionalism and customer service!!!
