I believe my previous comments speak for themselves. I have already informed multiple people that if they needed to get car repairs in concord to never use this facility.

They repaired my car and got it right the second time. After I drove an hour to inspect it and let them know that the repair was unacceptable, they fixed it right with another week of time. I was disappointed that I needed to drive there to make sure they knew I expected a good repair of my vehicle. Even after the second attempt there were still minor issues. The attention to detail of this shop is that of a shop I would label as amateur. I will never take my car to this shop again. The only reason I am giving a rating of 3 is that after the second try, my car looked great, for the most part. The part being repaired looked great. The inside was messy and dusty. The back seat belt was not functioning. After they fixed the seat belt I drove off and hope to never see the place again.

The people were very nice, but when they messed up my repair, they acted like they had no idea. When I was told my car was completely inspected and they found nothing wrong, I expected there to be no issues. When I found issues and they stumbled on their words and made excuses that they didn't realize, I could only assume they had never made an inspection of my vehicle. The people were nice, but I did not trust them at all after my experience.
